The Discord network platform

One dashboard for
your whole network.

The only Discord bot that keeps roles, nicknames & bans in sync across your whole network in real time — the one thing single-server bots can't do. Start free on a single server, then grow into the network the day you add a second.

The problem

Five servers. Five bots. All of it by hand.

  • A member gets promoted on the main server — and is still a stranger on the other four.
  • You ban a troll once, then chase them across every other server manually.
  • Every server runs its own bots, its own config, its own dashboard.
  • Nobody can answer “who changed this role, where, and why?”
The solution

Manage your whole network like one server.

CloudMod treats your servers as one network: a main hub plus its sub-servers. Roles, nicknames and bans mirror outward automatically, and everything runs from a single dashboard — with a full audit trail of every change.

  • One dashboard for every server
  • One subscription for the whole network, not per server
  • One audit log that answers who, what and why
Features

Sync. Protect. Automate.

Three jobs, one bot: keep the network consistent, keep it safe, and take the busywork off your team.

Sync across servers

The part no single-server bot can match: roles, nicknames and bans mirror from your main server to every sub-server in real time, with drift detection and auto-fix.

Role sync · Nickname sync · Ban sync · Drift + auto-fix · Dry run

Protect every server

Moderation that runs network-wide instead of per server — filters, raid and scam defence, verification, and logging you can actually audit.

Word filter · Scam Guard · Raid alerts · Honeypot · Account-age gate · Cases + audit log

Automate the rest

Everything a growing community needs, configured once from the dashboard instead of stitched together from five separate bots.

Tickets · Leveling · Giveaways · Welcome · Channel mirror · Twitch/Kick/YouTube/Spotify alerts

How it works

Up and running in 4 steps

1

Invite the bot

Click the invite link, pick your main server and all sub-servers, accept the permissions (Manage Roles + View Audit Log).

2

Log in with Discord

We only request "identify" + "guilds" — no emails, no passwords. Only servers where you're admin are visible.

3

Create a project

Enable the plugins you want and invite the bot. Running a network? Add your sub-servers and map roles in the same flow — multi-select makes it fast.

4

You're live

Moderation, tickets and alerts work right away. For networks, granting a role on the main server now flows to every sub-server automatically — watch it in the live audit log.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The most common questions before you sign up. Looking for something specific? The full documentation is in the dashboard after login.

What does CloudMod cost?
CloudMod has a generous free plan — role sync, moderation and the core plugins included. Premium ($7.99/month) adds more capacity, a faster safety sync and clean webhooks without the watermark. Some premium plugins can also be bought once. Premium is billed per network, not per server — one subscription covers every server you connect.
How does the sync work?
You designate a main server and connect any number of sub-servers. Then you define mappings: which role on the main server triggers which role on which sub-server. As soon as someone gets or loses a role on the main server, the same happens automatically on every connected server.
Which roles get synced?
Only the ones you explicitly configure in your mappings. CloudMod never touches roles that aren't in your mapping — no @everyone, no bot roles, no server booster role, no other automatically managed Discord roles.
How secure is my data?
CloudMod runs on EU servers and is GDPR-compliant. We only store server and role IDs plus sync events for your audit log. We do NOT read or store messages or personal member data. Discord OAuth tokens are AES-GCM encrypted at rest.
What happens when a member leaves a server?
If someone leaves a sub-server with a configured anchor role, the linked main-server role is removed and propagates to all other sub-servers. If someone leaves the main server, all synced roles are removed everywhere. Member lists stay consistent.
Can I test before going live?
Yes. Enable dry-run mode in your project settings. CloudMod logs what it WOULD do — without actually changing any roles. Once everything looks right, turn dry-run off and go live.
