Pricing questions

Is there really a free plan?+
Yes. Moderation, welcomes, leveling, role sync and the core plugins are free, with generous limits — 15 rules, 5 plugins and 3 sub-servers per project.
What does Premium add?+
More capacity (200 rules, 15 sub-servers, all plugins), a fast safety sweep (~30 min) and clean webhooks without the "via CloudMod" watermark.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription anytime from the dashboard — billing runs through Discord as our merchant of record.
Do I need a credit card to start?+
No. The free plan needs only your Discord login. A card is only required if you choose to upgrade to Premium.
What is the Company plan?+
It's for businesses and larger networks: unlimited rules, sub-servers and timed roles, every plugin including the ones we only unlock on request, and no CloudMod branding. There's no checkout — we agree the scope with you first, so open a ticket in the support Discord.
